One of the more obscure urban myths to grow out of the early 1980’s, Joe Moore sightings are still very rare and far between. The best places to view the wiley and elusive Joe are Lone Star Comics, Hooters, any place that serves pizza and more than likely whatever new project Never Settle Films is working on (They have pizza there too).
